Certificates to Be Enclosed

Candidates applying for admission to Royal Industrial Training Institute (I.T.I) must enclose the following original certificates along with their application form. Additionally, they should provide three recent passport-sized photographs for identification purposes.

Transfer Certificate (T.C.):


  • Issued by the institution where the candidate last studied, confirming their departure from the previous institution.

Mark Sheet of Qualifying Examinations:


  • Selection of candidates will adhere to the guidelines issued by the authorized University, Government of Tamil Nadu, and NCVT, New Delhi.

Community Certificate:


  • Proof of the candidate’s community category (e.g., SC/ST/OBC/General) for consideration of scholarships or reserved seats, as applicable.

Migration Certificate (for candidates from other states):


  • Required for students coming from educational boards or institutions outside Tamil Nadu to validate their transfer of enrollment.

Note


  • All certificates must be submitted in their original form during admission. These will be returned to the candidate once the verification process is complete. Ensure that all documents are in order to avoid delays or rejection of the application.
